We’re Sorry to See You Go—But We’ve Got You Covered!

RETURNS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us!

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items must be sent back after receiving return authorization. Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Consumer Protection and Warranty

By consumer protection laws, you have a 14-day cooling-off period within the European Union, during which you can cancel or return your order for any reason and without justification. Additionally, there is a 1-year warranty in place for your purchases.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know whether the refund was approved. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days if approved. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us.

VAT and Import Duties

Please note that the customer is responsible for any VAT and import duties applicable upon delivery. Solace Branding does not cover these charges and will be collected by the postal or courier service upon arrival of the goods in your country. Solace Branding is not responsible for these charges, and we recommend checking with your local customs office if you have any questions regarding these fees.
